Feris Web Works is pleased to provide you with a turnkey
solution to your information management needs for your interpreter referral
service. This is truly a revolution in your industry. In addition to Quickbooks-compatibility,
automatic job number creation, a state-of-the-art database back end, and
secured Web access that you control, our basic system includes the following
functionality. Note that this is not a complete list of functions!
Publicly available features:
- create a customer account, including contact information, default
job location, default event and consumer information, and default billing
information, all of which are stored in a database;
- create an interpreter account including contact information and certification
information, all of which are stored in a database;
- request an interpreter;
- send comments/feedback to your agency;
- SSL-secured form for logging into customer and interpreter accounts;
Features available to your logged-in customers:
- form for requesting an interpreter which fills by default with the
information contained in the customers profile;
- form for modifying the customers profile;
- form for modifying the customers password;
- dynamically generated page for listing the customers pending jobs;
- dynamically generated page for viewing details of the customers
pending jobs;

- form for modifying the interpreters profile;

are available to the category of interpreter currently logged in which the interpreter may check to

- form for entering interpreter request for customer who has no account
on the system, followed by a form to make the customer an account on
the system;
- form for entering interpreter request for customer who does have an
account on the system which fills by default with the information contained
in the customers profile;
- form for modifying job records;
- form for confirming job requests by recording a date and name;
- form for assigning interpreters to specific time/date combinations
associated with jobs;
- dynamically generated pages listing all pending jobs, pending confirmed
jobs, pending unconfirmed jobs;

all the needed interpreters assigned;
